CSS is a non-profit guild of quilters dedicated to perpetuating the art of quilting.
Our purposes are:
* To encourage members to share skills within the group
* To provide educational workshops
* To enjoy fellowship with other quilters, and
* To share our knowledge with the local community
CSS held its first official meeting in January 1984 with 13 attendees. Today, we have close to 80 members, about half of whom live in Benicia and others that live in outlying communities.
