Activities

Ongoing activities are scheduled as follows:

1st Wednesday- General Business MeetingsAt 6:15 a demo, or member trunk show, will take place prior to the structured Guild meeting. The official business meeting begins at 7pm. The business meeting is a quick report by the board, discussion of upcoming events, and Show & Tell in second half. Visitors are always welcome! Doors open at 6pm.6:00-9:00pm,

Saturday Workshops
(varies)		Usually held on the 2nd Saturday of the month. May be a professional teacher or a guild led program. Some are held online. We hire a professional teacher ~once per quarter, Workshops run ~six hours but could be shorter, cost will vary (click here to see list of all upcoming events).9:30-3:30pm,

2nd Friday-
Community Outreach		Help work on our various community projects (please see Community Outreach page). Kits & fabric are provided. Tasks include sewing, ironing, cutting, pin-basting quilt tops. Machines not required if you don’t plan to sew. Free!

President’s Challenge for 2026 is Beatles Songs! Please choose a song from Meredith’s list and sign up at a meeting. Make a quilt no more than 45″ long for hanging in the Benicia Library in March. Please bring your completed project to the February 4th meeting.

Extra activities such as Block of Month, mini groups for landscape etc. may open from time to time. Please attend meetings and read the member newsletter to stay informed!
